Orbix OS is a company-wide platform: 16 modules, each covering its area end to end (finance, sales, marketing, manufacturing, operations, customer service, team, HR, inventory) inside a single workspace.

The key difference is one product instead of six or more. Elba does accounting only. MPStats does marketplaces only. Bitrix does CRM only. Here everything sits in one database, the modules talk to each other, and the AI consultant has context on your whole business.

Reports are live: 11 ready-made reports built on your own data (income and expenses, spend by counterparty, document register, payment calendar, sales by SKU, deal funnel, stock balances, items to reorder, payroll fund, purchases by category, support workload), all exportable to Excel. Scheduled delivery, custom templates and the API are marked «soon» in the pricing table.

In the subscription builder you tick the modules you need and pick a level: «Start» (₽49 per module), «Pro» (₽199) or «Business» (₽490). There is a cap — ₽390 / ₽1,290 / ₽1,990 per month for all modules. Your exact total is calculated on /pricing.

Paying yearly gives you a 30% discount.

The first seat (the owner) is free. From the second employee onwards there is a per-person rate: ₽100 (2-10 people), ₽80 (11-30), ₽60 (31-50), ₽50 (51+). The module fee itself does not change.

From 50 employees we agree custom terms through a manager (SLA, SSO and an on-premise option are available).

With a Russian card via YooKassa — it works for self-employed individuals, sole traders and companies. No automatic charges: you renew manually whenever you want.

There are no automatic charges — you renew manually. Refunds for unused days are available on request via Telegram. A closed account keeps working until the end of the paid period.

The web frontend runs in Russia (TimeWeb, M9 data centre); the database (Postgres) is currently on Railway in the US. Moving the database to Russia is our next infrastructure priority. Personal data is encrypted (AES-256), all connections use TLS 1.3, and backups run daily. The full policy is on /privacy.

Only you. The Orbix OS team has no access to the contents of your workspace — not your bank statements, not your AI conversations, not your documents.

Isolation is enforced per organisation at the application level: a request from one workspace physically cannot reach another workspace's data.

AI providers (Groq, OpenRouter) receive only the text of your question, with no email or identifiers, and those requests are not used to train models.

Passwords use bcrypt (10 rounds). Refresh and reset tokens are stored as SHA-256 hashes in the database; the raw value exists only in the cookie or the email. Every connection runs over HTTPS / TLS 1.3.

Yes, as required by Russian data protection law (152-FZ). Send the request to the owner via Telegram; it is processed within 30 days. Organisations, transactions, AI history and subscriptions are deleted in full. Export is a JSON file with all of your data.

Groq llama-3.3-70b-versatile as the primary model, with automatic failover to OpenRouter (gpt-oss-120b:free) if it is unavailable. Voice input goes through Groq Whisper-large-v3-turbo. All providers are free to you — we cover them.

The Marketplace analytics module is live: WB and Ozon already work, Yandex Market is due in Q1 2026. You connect them with an API key from your seller account — read-only, so it is safe.

The «AI Buhgalter» bot is a separate Telegram client with basic functionality. The Orbix OS website is the main product. Once the bot moves to the shared API (Q3 2026) they will use one database.

Import from 1C and Kontur.Elba — on the Business tier of accounting.

Export your transactions to CSV/Excel and import them into Orbix OS. We will move the data by hand for the first 50 customers free of charge — message the owner on Telegram.

The AI consultant is available 24/7 and answers in 2-5 seconds (Russian Tax Code, data protection law, administrative code, court practice).
